A global EPC contractor needed to clear reinforced rubber diaphragms from a series of J‑tubes before installing new risers and an umbilical. The standard J‑tube diaphragm cutter wasn’t sized for the diameter and length required by the client. Envirent stepped in and engineered three bespoke ROV‑friendly diaphragm cutting tools – long versions for Ø 462 mm and Ø 318 mm and a modified short version.

A European EPC contractor returned to Envirent after a successful collaboration in 2021, this time needing a compact SSIV basket for cleaning and pressure‑testing a subsea actuator. Envirent supplied a Center Pole Basket fitted with a Dirty Work Pack (DWP) and a 50 L compensator system, providing a separate hydraulic circuit for tools that could contaminate the ROV system.
