The Mechanical Grapple Tool is designed to easily grip and un-grip flex pipes without any hydraulic connections. This tool is DNV-ST-273 approved for lifting up to 2000kg.
Tool is mostly operated from crane, but gripping and un-gripping is done mechanically. Typical from a ROV. Two-legged wire sling is always supplied with the tool.
