The Dirty Work Pack isolates oil flow from the ROV’s main hydraulic system, preventing cross-contamination. The system can be tailored to customer requirements with configurable pressure and flow capacities. A reduced fluid reservoir was selected, as the operation did not require a full 1,100 L tank.
The basket was developed as an evolution of a previous delivery to the same client. During the factory acceptance test, additional hydraulic lines were identified as necessary: one high-pressure line for pressure testing and one low-pressure line for flushing.
