The reservoir basket features a 1100-liter fluid tank and an ROV-friendly pump system, eliminating the need for surface-based pumping and flushing equipment. This reduced operational costs and HSE risk. A factory acceptance test was completed prior to mobilization to verify system functionality.
The integrated reel replaced loose deck hoses, improving operational efficiency and housekeeping. It functioned as a spool for the injection hose, while a Dynaset 220-bar subsea jetting unit was used for cleaning and flushing. The jetting unit was supplied complete with lance and hoses. A battery canister and subsea display were installed for real-time monitoring.
