The RCO40LP is a double-acting cutting tool designed primarily for use on steel wire rope. It can cut wire rope up to 38.1 mm (1.5 in) in diameter, with a maximum tensile strength of 1960 N/mm². To ensure compatibility, individual wire strands must have a minimum diameter of 1.5 mm (1/16 in).
The tool may also be used on alternative materials, including electrical power and communication cables, up to a maximum diameter of 38 mm. For guidance on cutting capacities for other materials, users should contact us.
